It provides a win-win situation to steadfast customers to grow & show their loyalty to Biostadt. As a part of this loyalty programme each ones endeavor will be recognized and rewarded. At Biostadt we believe everyone play a crucial role in business development hence each one needs to be recognized for their achievement.
BRC provides a platform to dealer / retailer friends to interact directly with company personnel.

| Criteria for Selection (2008 - 09) |
 | Applicable for the dealers who started Biostadt business in the current financial year i.e. 2008 - 09. |
| Membership for a dealer for BRC member shall be proposed by RM & recommended by CBM. |
| Invitation to the member shall be sent from HO to the respective dealer, who shall pay one time non refundable BRC Membership Fees of Rs. 1000/-. |
| The tenure of membership of this club will be for the period of maximum three years. |

| Points To Be Noted |
| Maximum 4 number of distributors can be selected from a territory for including members for BRC. |
| Maximum of 5 dealers can be enrolled under one distributor. |
| The contribution from BRC members should not exceed more than 20% of the distributor's sales value in the respective financial year. |

| How Points Can Be Accumulated |
| BRC Membership will be activated on receiving Demand Draft of minimum Rs. 10,000 against advance in favor of Biostadt India Ltd. |
| Welcome points of 100 will be accumulated on payment of Rs. 10000/- ( dealer can accumulate maximum of 200 points under this criteria by paying up to Rs. 20000 /-). |
| The welcome points can be accumulated only by making a one time advance payment for activating the membership. |
| On every purchase of Rs. 1000/- of any extension of Biozyme products the dealer can accumulate 4 points. |
| On every purchase of Rs. 1000/- of selected pesticide products viz. Biomycin, Roko & Maiden the dealer can accumulate 2 points. |
| No points can be claimed by selling any other pesticide products. |
| The value considered for the reward points will be purchase value net of all discounts and taxes (VAT). |
| No sales return of any sort will be entertained. |

| Points can be redeemed after the 1st financial year. |
| Points can be carried forward to the following year. |
| Redemption has to be claimed in maximum of 3 years or else it will be null and void. |
| A BRC member will not qualify for any reward less than 600 Points. |
| At the end of financial year party will need to submit all the original purchase invoice / receipt to the concerned territory in-charge to avail the reward.. |
| Incase of forgery of any document the party will be debarred from the reward. |

| Note |
| This scheme is applicable for BRC members appointed during 2008 - 09 only. |
| This BRC scheme is not in continuation of earlier BRC scheme. |
| In case of any dispute company decision will be final. |
| Biostadt India Ltd. reserves the right to cancel / modify the scheme at any point of time without prior intimation. |
